I stayed at Maison Flaminio for one night and had a wonderful experience. The three-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor had a stunning view and was incredibly clean and quiet. It was conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the tram. The fridge was stocked with a generous amount of food including ham, cheese, bread, fruit, coffee. Fresh pastries were also provided for breakfast. I would happily return to this bed and breakfast.
I recommend this hotel.

It was close to public transport and the MAXXI museum. the bathroom was clean and well, designed, and the breakfast had a good selection. the fridge was always stocked and kitchen supplies were plentiful. the manager was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful, providing excellent recommendations to local trattorias. the room was equipped with a king, size bed, crisp white bedding, and fluffy towels. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
The location was a bit hard to locate for first, time travelers, so be sure to follow the manager's instructions carefully.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which was perfect for me. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I loved the complimentary snacks available 24/7. Plus, the staff was polite and really helpful with anything I needed. As mentioned in a review, the Italian plug sockets are different, but the owner kindly lent me an adapter, which I thought was a very nice touch.
All was perfect.

This hotel really surprised me! Despite the worn-out carpet at the entrance, the interior was spotless and brand new-looking. the complimentary snacks and drinks available 24/7 were a nice surprise, and the air conditioning worked great. the location was perfect for me; it wasn't in the main tourist area, but it was close enough to walk to sporting events or other attractions in about 20 minutes or less. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
The bed was a little uncomfortable due to a thin mattress, and there was no safe in the room. the wooden floors throughout the hotel caused a bit of noise from other guests walking around.

Great breakfast and spacious rooms
The hotel provided a fantastic breakfast every day that really helped start my day off well. There was always a high-quality selection of food to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance of some great attractions.
The location was also a negative aspect for me, as it was quite far from the city centre. This meant that I had to rely on public transport to get around, which sometimes took longer than expected.
